Before you ask

Do you need access to our systems?
For the free check, no — we look from the outside only. For Readiness itself, yes: access you grant on your side, to named accounts, with the least privilege the work needs. We don't use shared accounts.
What if our infrastructure is already in good shape?
Then we tell you that on the call and you don't buy anything. The free check exists so neither of us finds out two weeks in.

Who actually does the work?
